Tytus Howard Injury Update: Texans OL To Miss Rest Of The Season After He Sustained A Knee Injury In The Game Against The Jaguars
The offensive lineman of the Houston Texans, Tytus Howard, will not be active for the rest of the season as he has sustained a knee injury.
Howard suffered his season-ending surgery in the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars were victorious in the game. Subsequently, the offensive linemen will be having surgery.
Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network shared, “#Texans OL Tytus Howard, who left Sunday’s game with a knee injury, is expected to miss the rest of the season, sources said after testing. He’ll have surgery to repair it.

Howard has sustained his second major injury of the season. He had missed the four games of the current season as he was recovering from a broken hand.
Howard was the first-round draft selection of 2019 and has also signed a three-year $56 million extension. He had signed the extension in the month of July. According to Pro Football Talk, he is under contract through the 2026 season.
The Texans are currently standing in the season with a 6-5 score and had suffered injury plague through the season.
