Luton Town Linked With Move For Premier League Defender
If the grapevine is correct, the Hatters summer recruitment spree is yet to end.
After bringing in ten new players, nine permanently and one on loan, according to several sources, including The Express are reporting that the Hatters are in a tussle to bring Japhet Tanganga to Kenilworth Road.
Tanganga, currently on the books of Tottenham Hotspur is, according to our reference source, looking for a move after falling down the pecking order at the North London club.
However, earlier in the article I mentioned that Luton Town had competition for his signature and that opposition is none other than the Serie A giants, Inter Milan.
Clearly, the 24-year-old will be enduring sleepness nights as he decides upon which direction his career should take, the delights of Luton or the splendour of Milan.
But, joking aside, Tanganga would be a superb addition to the squad, albeit on a season-long loan deal, having made multiple Premier League appearances for a decent Tottenham Hotspur side.
Also, being Hackney born, a mov to leafy Bedfordshire would enable him to stay in close contact, on a regular basis, with his family.
Here at Vital Luton Town, we’ll be keeping a watchful eye on any development and report back as deemed necessary.
But please feel free to express your views on this particular transfer, in the comment facility beneath this article.
