Despite previously having a hard time getting into games, reports in Italy now claim the 25-year-old’s rise to the first squad under Max Allegri might win him an extension on his current deal, with a final decision depending on his next performances. His improvement in form may not have been unexpected given other claims that Juventus manager Allegri was hesitant to send him to Leeds United in the first place.

Joel Robles has acknowledged that he’s surprised by how much he’s enjoying himself this season in Saudi Arabia. This summer, the Spaniard left Elland Road for the Arabian Peninsula and signed a free move with second division club Al-Qadsiah. During his one-year stay in Yorkshire, the 33-year-old goalkeeper made six appearances for Leeds. He recently discussed his move to Spain with Spanish website El Desmarque.
