Premier League club make double Leicester City transfer ‘enquiry’
The latest Leicester CLeity news as Crystal Palace are said to be showing an interest in two City players ahead of the end of the transfer window.
Premier League club Crystal Palace have reportedly made transfer enquiries to Leicester City over potential moves for Daniel Iversen and Kelechi Iheanacho in the final weeks of the transfer window.
There are less than two weeks of the window remaining as teams look to shape their squad for the remainder of the season. City could see some outgoings before the deadline, with five players left out of recent matchday squads.

Both Ward and Iversen could yet leave the club this summer with Stolarczyk establishing himself as second choice under Enzo Maresca. According to the Sun Crystal Palace have ‘asked’ City about Iversen.
The Dane was promoted to first choice at the end of last season, but despite some impressive saves, was unable to help City avoid relegation to the Championship.
The report adds that an ‘enquiry’ was also made over City striker Kelechi Iheanacho. The Nigerian has been a big part of Maresca’s teams so far this season, starting the last three games in all competitions under the Italian.
Iheanacho does have just one year remaining on his contract at the King Power Stadium, although Maresca has hinted that talks over a new deal could start soon.
“This is one of the things on the table. It’s one of the things we need to discuss with the player,” he said ahead of last week’s game vs Huddersfield. “Most of the time we think about the club but we need to see the desire of the player.
“We have to decide between the player, club, and manager. It’s one of the things we need to do soon to clarify the situation.”
The reported interest comes as City are said to have held talks with the Eagles over a potential loan deal for highly-rated winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi.
