Tottenham yesterday reached an agreement with League One side Stevenage for midfielder Harvey White.
Spurs had an active transfer window, signing players such as James Maddison, Manor Solomon, Guglielmo Vicario, Micky van de Ven, Alejo Veliz, and Brennan Johnson.
These signings are part of the club’s efforts to build a more competitive squad under manager Ange Postecoglou.
They also got rid of several players who were excess to requirements for the manager. Joe Rodon and Djed Spence joined Leeds on loan while Tanganga and Sergio Reguilon completed deadline day loan moves to Augsburg and Manchester United respectively.
It has now been confirmed that Tottenham managed to get one more outgoing sorted. They have agreed a deal with Stevenage which will see another fringe player Harvey White join the League One side.
The club filed a waiver with the FA on Friday evening, allowing for extra time to complete and submit all the necessary paperwork. The official confirmation of the move came yesterday.
White has made several appearances for Tottenham’s first team, including in the UEFA Europa League and FA Cup during the 2020/21 season.
He made his Premier League debut in January of the following year when he played against Crystal Palace.
Last season, White spent the second half on loan at Derby County, following a previous loan spell at Portsmouth.
The new signings have made a positive impact already. The team secured a convincing 5-2 victory against Burnley recently, with standout performances from players like James Maddison, Manor Solomon, and Heung-min Son.
They are yet to be beaten in the Premier League so far having drawn 1 and won 3 back to back games.
