FULHAM EYE JANUARY MOVE FOR ENGLISHMAN WITH ‘CULTURED LEFT FOOT’
Premier League outfit Fulham are lining up a potential January deal for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall with the midfielder in top form for Championship challengers Leicester City.

Leicestershire-born, and a graduate of the Foxes’ academy; turning Dewsbury-Hall’s head – in the midst of a promotion battle no less – may be easier said than done.
But you cannot blame Fulham for trying.
TalkSPORT report that Marco Silva’s Cottagers are big fans of the 25-year-old. Dewsbury-Hall is, however, under contract at Leicester until 2027, and one suspects it would take an offer in excess of £20 million to twist Leicester arms.
“Since he’s broken into the team, I felt throughout the season it was what we were missing. Just in terms of intensity. The team was missing intensity and pressure and he has brought that,” former Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers said after Dewsbury-Hall opened his Premier League account with a ‘wonderful’ strike against Crystal Palace last year.
“He typifies everything we want to be. He has good industry, a cultured left foot and he’s very honest.”
Palhinha’s perfect partner
At his most effective when lining up on the left-hand side of central midfield, Dewsbury-Hall could form a formidable partnership with Joao Palhinha at Fulham; the latter’s defensive-mindedness allowing the former to stride forward and make those trademark lung-busting runs into the final third.
