Defender Jason Sraha is anxious to get started at Shrewsbury Town.
Sraha, 20, transferred from Barnsley to Shrewsbury on a free transfer in July.
The defender has made two appearances in all competitions but has yet to play for Salop in League One.
He played for Guiseley in the National League North on loan for 13 games in 2021–2022, then twice for Barnsley in the Championship toward the conclusion of the same season.
And after his first experience playing senior football, he was left wanting more.
Sraha said, “For me right now, it’s all about playing football because most of the games I’ve played have been at an academy level.
I was called back by Barnsley after being on loan to Guiseley, so I played in a few Championship games for them.
“That was a nice sensation; the fact that they called me back so soon demonstrated their confidence in my ability to play.

Sraha played for the Blues with players like Tino Livramento, Levi Colwill, and Jamal Musiala during his time at the academy at Chelsea and Arsenal.
Musiala, a rising star for Bayern Munich, has won eight trophies to date, including four Bundesliga championships, and has made 23 appearances for Germany.
Levi Colwill, a defender for Chelsea who this summer won the Under-21 European Championship, received his first senior call-up for England prior to the
Jamal and I dated from the age of nine until sixteen. We actually arrived and went on the same day because we were in the same year group, he says.
