Sources: Tottenham race Burnley and West Ham for FC Nordsjaelland sensation Ernest Nuamah

Tottenham are ready to make a formal bid for Ghana sensation Ernest Nuamah as they look to beat West Ham, Burnley and Brighton to his signature, sources have told Football Insider.

Burnley and West Ham have aready made offers to Danish side FC Nordsjaelland for the wingeras first revealed by Football Insider.

Spurs also have a concrete interest in the rising star and have held preliminary discussions with the player’s representatives.

Nuamah’s performances in Denmark’s top division have earned rave reviews with the 19-year-old regarded as one of most exciting young attacking talents in the world.

Just four games into the 2023/24 campaign, Nuamah has already scored four times and assisted once including an opening-day hat-trick in a 4-1 win over Viborg.

Nuamah enjoyed a breakthrough season at Nordsjaelland in 2022/23, scoring 15 goals and assisting four times in 34 appearances across all competitions while also showing his versatility up front.

While mainly deployed on the right wing, Nuamah also enjoyed successful spells playing on the left and through the middle for the Danish club.
