GALLAGHER SEEKS TO BUILD FROM THE GET-GO
Oisin Gallagher is hoping that his maiden start for the Imps against Derby County will help him grow and improve.
In their opening EFL Trophy group match against the Rams, Mark Kennedy selected the young Irish midfielder for the first time.
“I think I did okay by my standards, but you can always improve and find things to work on in your game,” said Gallagher.
“I’ll just take this in stride, keep working, and see what happens,” said the speaker.
Gallagher’s debut performance against Derby, when the midfielder made an impression, was a memorable one.
I’m obviously quite proud, he continued.
“It’s a proud moment for me and my family, and to finally get it over the finish line has been excellent – I’ve really enjoyed it.”
