Last night, in the Premier League, Burnley earned a point away to Nottingham Forest.

A win, for Nottingham Forest, would have lifted Luton Town off the bottom of the table, courtesy of goal difference.

Instead, we are now labelled as the only team, in the Premier League, who have failed to register a single point this season, although it should be pointed out that we have played a game less than every other team in the league, aside from Burnley.

This Saturday, we welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers, to Kenilworth Road, Wolves have not made the best of starts themselves, winning 1 game and losing the other 4 of the 5 games they’ve played.

On paper, it is, I’d suggest, a game we need to get something out of, a draw being the minimum requirement, a win being a cause for a late-night celebration.

Surfing the world of social media, you cannot help but see posts from supporters of other clubs harking on about the Hatters failing to beat Derby County’s record low points total of 10.

My view is that we should simply ignore them, Rob Edwards has assembled a squad that needs to gel, needs to bond, and needs to acclimatise.

There are 34 games left, for the Hatters to play, the Premier League is a marathon, not a sprint. Just 1 win could see us climb the table.

Therefore, please don’t get all despondent, instead, mull over the following post I came across:
