Green Bay Packers Fans React To Massive Loss To Pittsburgh Steelers’ Team (Breaking)
The Green Bay Packers are coming off a much needed win against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. A 20-3 win gave the Packers some confidence after losing four straight games. The Pittsburgh Steelers on the other hand have won three of their last four games and are trying to keep pace with the 7-2 Baltimore Ravens.
The Packers (3-5) may not have to face off against one of the better playmakers in the entire NFL when they take on the Steelers (5-3) in Week 10.
The Green Bay Packers May Not Have To Deal With Minkah Fitzpatrick In Week 10
Robin Adams of Wisconsin Sports Heroics first reported it for our site:
One of the best players on the Steelers’ defense is three-time First-Team All-Pro safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. In 2022, Fitzpatrick led the NFL with six interceptions, was a First-Team All-Pro, made his third Pro Bowl, and finished tenth in Defensive Player of the Year voting.
He has yet to record an interception this season, but is just as much of a lockdown defender allowing just 16 receptions on 26 targets, and has not allowed a touchdown (he gave up five last year).
Like many Packers players, though, Fitzpatrick is dealing with a hamstring injury that has caused him to miss the last two weeks of practice and their most recent game against the Tennessee Titans.
There was some hope that he would be able to return for the game against Green Bay, but Noah Strackbein, who covers the Steelers for Sports Illustrated reports:
“Tomlin didn’t sound too optimistic about Fitzpatrick’s availability this week, saying he could have some participation by week’s end. The All-Pro is ‘improving,’ but it appears unlikely he will be active and instead miss a second week. A return to practice would make his first day back in two weeks.”
Packers Fans React To Jordan Love Possibly Not Having To Face Off Against Minkah Fitzpatrick
Jordan Love has certainly had his ups and downs in 2023. After starting the year 2-1 (not to mention one fourth quarter collapse away from being 3-0) fans were extremely optimistic about the potential of this team. However, after falling to 2-5 (before their win Vs. the Rams) the optimism has largely subsided.
When fans saw that the Steelers may not have Fitzpatrick out there, they reacted accordingly:
