Lattimore suffered his injury in the Saints’ Week 10 loss to the Indianapolis Colts, leaving the field on a cart in the second half. Earlier this week, New Orleans coach Dennis Allen did not rule out injured reserve as a possibility for the star corner.

New Orleans also ruled out rookie running back Kendre Miller, who will miss his second consecutive game with an ankle injury. Neither Lattimore nor Miller participated in practice this week.

On the Falcons side, wide receiver Mack Hollins (ankle) will not play, and backup quarterback Taylor Heinicke (hamstring) is questionable.
