Dallas Cowboys TE preparing for Ice Bowl game against Buffalo Bills, but there’s one problem
Wait until Jake Ferguson checks his weather app for Sunday’s matchup at Highmark Stadium.
The Dallas Cowboys tight end seems to be expecting Ice Bowl type conditions for this weekend’s matchup against the Buffalo Bills. To prepare, Ferguson was spotted at practice on Thursday dipping his hands into ice water to prepare for the trip to Western New York.
Dallas Cowboys journalist Patrik Walker highlighted Ferguson’s tactics and complimented the tight end for his physical and mental preparation.
While the weather can be pretty frigid in Buffalo come December, Ferguson’s preparation does not seem necessary.
Patrick Hammer of WGRZ-TV is reporting that it will be close to 46 degrees at kickoff with some rain approaching. That’s a pretty mild mid-December day in Orchard Park.
Perhaps playing in Dallas has made Ferguson soft. Before arriving to the Cowboys, Ferguson played in pretty similar conditions to Western New York with the Wisconsin Badgers from 2018 to 2021.
