Alec Bohm Goes To Milwaukee Brewers In A Three-Player Trade Proposal With Philadelphia Phillies

The Philadelphia Phillies have placed their star slugger, Alec Bohm on the trade block. Despite dominating the NL East Division for almost the 2024 regular season, the Phillies had a disappointing exit in the playoffs. Alex Bohm played a crucial part in helping his team to the postseason. Bohm was a 2024 Home Run Derby participant. His numbers were decent enough for the team to keep him. However, the latest buzz is that Philadelphia plans to send Bohm to the Milwaukee Brewers.

It turns out that Alec Bohm and the Brewers are involved in a three-player trade proposal. The Brew Crew is believed to have sent right-handed pitcher Devin Williams and Bishop Letson to the Phillies. Additionally, the Phillies are predicted to get Brett Wichrowski. It’s a three-player deal for the Phillies, and the Brewers will receive Alec Bohm. Another player said to be involved in this trade could be third baseman Brock Wilken.

The Phillies are proposed to get three players, but are the Brewers ready to settle for Bohm alone? Adding Bohm to the Brewers will help bolster their lineup. Bohm will be a great match with William Contreras and Willy Adames. Moreover, he will get to play with former Phillies star Rhys Hoskins. If the deal comes through, this could be a great trade proposal for both teams.

Kansas City Royals Show Interest In Alec Bohm

The Brewers are not the only team here who could use Bohm. The Kansas City Royals have reportedly shown interest in the star slugger. Bohm proved his worth as a third baseman with the Phillies. That said, the Royals are now considering a trade proposal with the Phillies. Bohm had a great start in 2024. The talented slugger had a decent batting line of 280/.332/.448.

The Royals can use a third baseman like Bohm, especially with Bobby Witt Jr. doing well in the shortstop position. The Royals are looking to add more firepower to their offense. Bohm’s position and potential will be a great fit for the

Royals. Yet, the Brewers will be a better fit. Hoskins has progressed well in Milwaukee after being traded from Philadelphia. The same is expected of Bohm. The Royals are also involved in trade rumors with Jonathan India. If they land both, they could be a great team in 2025.
