SDHL Goalie Gear Chat: Miranda Dahlgren of Skellefteå AIK, “It’s a bit funny that I became a goalie”
Name: Miranda Dahlgren
Date of Birth: March 31, 2000
Hometown: Skellefteå, Sweden
Youth Team: Clemensnäs HC
Mask
Brand and model: CCM Axis XF
Painted by: Anton Johansson @airbrushbyanton
Design: Much of the design is built around the “Skellefteå AIK sun” which is featured on the team’s crest. The sides of the mask feature two large Skellefteå logos, and I have my number, 1, on the chin. The cage changes from yellow to black and is definitely one of my favourite parts of the design. The backplate features Lightning McQueen’s race logo, from one of my favourite movies, Cars.
