Bae Junho has thanked Stoke supporters for their backing – and their song – as he settles in his first season of English football.
The 20-year-old playmaker moved to Staffordshire from South Korea in August and has gradually found his place as one of the first names on the teamsheet, a key figure under head coach Steven Schumacher.
And he has found a lot of love from the stands with fans appreciative of his skill and attitude – reworking the lyrics to Abba’s Voulez Vous in his honour and never tiring of singing it over the last couple of months in particular.

Despite a short time I think they have been unbelievably special and supportive,” Junho said in an interview for Stoke’s website. “That is why I have been able to build a strong bond with them and I am always grateful.
“The noise especially when we score a goal is unforgettable. It creates such an energy than we can be more confident when we play.
