Steelers Player Has 1-Word Reaction To Team Making The Playoffs

Against most odds, the Pittsburgh Steelers managed to qualify for the 2023 NFL Playoffs.

The Steelers needed several things to go their way to make the postseason, but the organization and their fans couldn’t be happier with how things played out in Week 18.

Pittsburgh got a crucial win against the Baltimore Ravens, though it was expected given that the latter rested most of their key players given they clinched the AFC’s No. 1 overall seed.

The anxious part was waiting to see what happened between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans.

The Jaguars could’ve clinched the AFC South and a postseason berth with a win, but they lost to the Titans 28-20.

With a Jacksonville loss, Pittsburgh officially made the playoffs and Pat Freiermuth didn’t waste too many words when the game was over via his personal Twitter account.

Freiermuth speaks for the fanbase with his tweet given that Tennessee helped them achieve what most thought would be impossible after losing a couple of crucial games.

Under head coach Mike Tomlin, the Steelers have been one of the most resilient teams in the league and they found ways to grind out hard-earned wins.

Both sides of the field have been inconsistent throughout the regular season, but now they get a chance to shore things up and potentially make some noise in the playoffs.

It’ll be interesting to see just how far Pittsburgh can go in the playoffs given the competition in the AFC, but for now they should celebrate the accomplishment.
