Stoke City are launching a ‘clearance’ sale tomorrow – at their doomed club shop. The Stoke City shop – inside The Potteries Centre, in Hanley – has been closed today ahead of the clearance sale.Stoke City FC - Vote for your September Player of the Month

The clearance sale has ‘all stock at £5 or less’. A poster stated today: “We are closed today. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will reopen tomorrow at 9am.”

The Potteries Centre shop has been open since 2006. But the majority of retail sales go through the club’s bet365 Stadium shop or online.
