Antonio Brown Is Spreading Wild QB Trade Ru
Following another disappointing season that resulted in a missed postseason appearance, the Los Angeles Chargers cleaned house both on and off the field to set themselves up better going forward.
Chargers owner Dean Spanos brought in Joe Hortiz and Jim Harbaugh to lead the front office and locker room, respectively, while also agreeing to part ways with veteran receivers Keenan Allen and Mike William
Los Angeles seems like they will build around Justin Herbert offensively, though the team needs to surround him with weapons to give him a shot at competing with the rest of the league.
However, Herbert has also dealt with his fair share of injuries including one to his index finger on his throwing hand that required surgery and forced him to miss the remainder of the regular season.
So far, there hasn’t been any reports of complications in his recovery or needing to miss additional time though Antonio Brown seems to have sources indicating otherwise.
According to Brown, the Chargers could be preparing to trade Justin Herbert in a blockbuster involving the Minnesota Vikings via CTESPN.
“If this gets confirmed as resolved, the projected trade package includes both of Minnesotas 1st rd picks this year, Christian Darrisaw, and also a conditional 2nd rd 2025 pick.”
Trading away Herbert would be a drastic move for Los Angeles, though crazy things are bound to happen in a league that seems to welcome landmark deals.
Minnesota is angling to find a new quarterback of the future, and if Herbert indeed is available they should empty their resources to acquire him.
