Yankees Tried To Acquire Superstar In Blockbuster Trade But Came Up Short.
The New York Yankees attempted to complete their second blockbuster trade of the offseason. New York started the offseason off with a bang by landing superstar slugger Juan Soto in a trade with the San Diego Padres. The player who popped up the most was former Milwaukee Brewers star Corbin Burnes. He seemed like a real option but recently was traded to the Baltimore Orioles.
