Recent reports have suggested that Man City are exploring a summer move for Guimaraes, who was described as an “exceptional holding midfielder” by Pep Guardiola earlier this month.

According to TEAMtalk, Guardiola has made Guimaraes his primary midfield target ahead of the 2024-25 campaign and there is growing belief that the Citizens will win the race for his signature.
