ATLANTA — The Guardians and Braves still own the best two records in the big leagues, but so far Atlanta holds the upper hand following its 6-2 win Friday night at Truist Park.
Tonight right-hander Tanner Bibee will try to pitch Cleveland back to even in this three-game series. Bibee is coming off a win over Oakland in which he struck out eight, while allowing two runs in 5 2/3 innings.

Marcell Ozuna had another spectacular night, and Orlando Arcia homered for the second time last night. Tonight they’ll face a stiffer challenge on the mound in the young Guardians pitcher.

Charlie Morton (2-0, 4.70 ERA) makes his fifth start of the year and looks to continue the impressive streak of starts from the Atlanta rotation. The veteran pitcher went six innings of two-run ball his last time out against the Texas Rangers.
