DONE DEAL: The Las Vegas Raiders have formally announced that they have signed a top senior wide receiver from Cleveland Browns team for a $120 million, four-year contract.

Former Las Vegas Raiders Star Says He’d Like To Punch Maxx Crosby During The 2024 Season

A former Las Vegas Raiders star player set to play the team in the upcoming season recently answered a question about the matchup. The Raiders have seen some major turnover on their roster since the start of the Josh McDaniels era in Las Vegas began.

McDaniels is no longer coaching the team, but the Raiders have several high-profile ex-players with other teams. Darren Waller plays for the New York Giants. Josh Jacobs signed with the Green Bay Packers in free agency this March. Jimmy Garoppolo is now with the Los Angeles Rams.

Arguably, the biggest mistake on the roster due to the Raiders putting their trust in McDaniels was the decision to move on from Derek Carr. Carr signed with the New Orleans Saints last season following his release from the Raiders. The Saints are set to play the Raiders in the upcoming season.

Carr joked about punching Maxx Crosby

A fan asked Carr if he was looking forward to playing the Raiders in the 2024 season. According to a video posted by Vic Tafur, Carr said he was.

“I am looking forward to it. I cannot wait,” Carr said.

He then added a joke.

“Hopefully, I’m going to try to start a fight with him, punch him, and then have the ref only see him throw his punch back. That’s my goal,” Carr said in jest.
