The Miami Dolphins are showing increased interest in bringing Odell Beckham Jr. onto their team.
Last month at the NFL’s league meetings, head coach Mike McDaniel revealed that the team had made an offer to the star who played on the Baltimore Ravens last season.
According to ESPN, the Dolphins are ‘trying pretty hard’ to ink the former New York Giants wideout to a deal, but the two sides haven’t agreed to anything.
Beckham is a free agent after playing just one year in Baltimore on a $16million contract.
It was a down year for him with the Ravens, catching only 35 passes for 565 yards in total.
Beckham came back to football after missing the entire 2022 season with a torn ACL that he picked up in Super Bowl LVI while a member of the Los Angeles Rams.
He hasn’t had a season of over 1,000 yards receiving since he was a member of the Cleveland Browns back in 2019.
The former Pro-Bowler has recently split from his private relationship with Kim Kardashian within the past few weeks.
The TV personality Kardashian, 43, is believed to have began dating Beckham last spring.
But the couple have not been seen together since March 10 and a joint appearance at the the Vanity Fair Oscars viewing party in Los Angeles.
It was recently reported that Kim ‘liked the idea’ of having a fifth baby with Odell, however it’s understood that reveal they have parted ways and are ‘no longer seeing one another.’
