At 39 years old, Flacco has proven he still has some gas left in the tank and should have his fair share of picks as a backup.
A return to the Browns is in the realm of possibilities, though perhaps another team steals the veteran for themselves.
Although Flacco will be waiting until free agency to sign, his brother Tom finds himself on a new UFL squad via Benjamin Allbright
“We have a Flacco signing. Tom Flacco (Joe’s younger brother) is signing in San Antonio with the new UFL,” Allbright tweeted,
Tom most recently played in the XFL with the Houston Roughnecks and before that spent several seasons in the CFL with the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Ottawa Redblacks.
Like his older brother, Tom plays quarterback and joins the San Antonio Brahmas in the new UFL.
