Rak-Sakyi, who is 21-years-old, has been on the books at Crystal Palace since joining them as a youngster back in 2019 from fellow London outfit Chelsea. He has since risen up through the ranks at Selhurst Park and they have a decision to make on what to do with him next.

According to journalist Nixon on his Patreon page, the Hatters are keen to lure him to Kenilworth Road as they eye an immediate promotion back to the top flight under the guidance of Rob Edwards. However, they will face competition from John Eustace’s side.

Blackburn Rovers must use Crystal Palace contacts for Jesurun Rak-Sakyi deal

Rak-Sakyi has had his injury problems over recent times so would benefit from a temporary exit to get some game time and build up his fitness.

The ex-England youth international still has a bright future ahead of him in the game but may struggle to break into Oliver Glasner’s first-team plans due to the abundance of top quality options that the Eagles have at their disposal in his position.

He has made 12 appearances for the South London club in all competitions to date, eight of which came last term.

Charlton Athletic landed him on loan in the 2022/23 season and he was a hit for the Addicks during his time in League One, firing 15 goals in 49 outings altogether before heading back home.
