The Crimson Tide earned the final trip of the summer (before the Dead Period) over the weekend. The three-star defensive lineman was joined by his mother and trainer Jean Guillaume on the visit.

There was a moment earlier this summer when Luke Metz had a brief thought about the status of his Alabama commitment. That thought didn’t last very long though.
The Peach State linebacker picked up an offer from Georgia and told Bama247 he felt like he would be doing himself a “disservice” by not taking an official visit. He did so last week and sent “I’m all ‘Bama” in a text to Bama247 then tweeted later that night “After a great visit with a great team I’m still fully committed to the University of Alabama.”
