Houston Astros general manager Dana Brown provided an update, indicating that right-handers Luis Garcia and Lance McCullers Jr. are on course to rejoin the active roster in the latter part of the 2024 season.
Garcia, who underwent Tommy John surgery last May, is in the recovery phase.
