And here are nine Sheffield Wednesday transfer deals that could actually happen in the next few weeks…

James Beadle – In
Sheffield Wednesday News recently revealed that Brighton will definitely loan out James Beadle this summer, regardless of their ongoing goalkeeper conundrum.

The England U20 man shone on loan with Sheffield Wednesday after joining in January, keeping eight clean sheets in 19 Championship appearances.

Pierce Charles – Out

Beadle returning, and Cameron Dawson potentially staying after being offered a new contract, could mean youngster Pierce Charles heading out on loan.

He’s been handed a new contract at Hillsborough recently and Rohl could be keen for him to play some regular first-team football.

Marvin Johnson – Out

Wing-back Marvin Johnson is also among those who’s been offered a new contract this week, after an impressive return-to-action under Rohl after his previous exile under Xisco Munoz.

Johnson though was the subject of transfer interest last January with Ipswich Town trying and failing to sign him.

His four goals and four assists in the Championship under Rohl showcases his quality in the second tier and that could prompt more transfer interest, or even Johnson leaving as a free agent.
