Nothing Changes!’ C.J. Stroud’s Approach Doesn’t Shift Entering Playoffs

If Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud is anything, he’s level-headed. Stroud was asked this week about his approach to this week’s Wild Card playoff game, and he’s taking the same attitude into the postseason as he’s had throughout his rookie year (and in his youth).

But trying to make it too big, that’ll psych you out and make you nervous.” Stroud’s return from concussion protocol helped the Texans reach the playoffs for the first time since 2019, and they won the AFC South in the process. In the midst of these win-or-go-home situations, Stroud’s persona didn’t change, and that should bode well for postseason scenarios.
