Be Careful – Richard Keys Issues Coventry City Message To Manchester United
Richard Keys has warned Manchester United fans that they should not be planning for a trip to the FA Cup final just yet, with Coventry City in their way.
Manchester United sprung a surprise when knocking Liverpool out in the FA Cup quarter-final before the international break.
Erik ten Hag’s men were rewarded for triumphing in a 4-3 thriller with a semi-final clash against Championship side Coventry City.
Many feel the tie should be a straightforward one for Manchester United to navigate to reach the final and hand Ten Hag a silverware shot.
Keys though, a Coventry fan, issued a word of warning, indicating that Mark Robins’ men may be capable of causing an upset.
Coventry sit in eighth spot in the Championship table currently, just four points off the playoff places.
Robins’ side beat Premier League outfit Wolves 3-2 in their FA Cup quarter-final contest.
They last met Manchester United in the League Cup in 2007, beating the Red Devils 2-0.
