Caitlin Clark Rips The Internet In Half With Her Controversial Stance On Hot Dogs

Caitlin Clark and several of her Indiana Fever teammates were asked to name the most questionable food combo and former Iowa star brought up hot dogs. Uh oh.

Has she never been on the internet? The only correct answer when asked a question like that is pineapples on pizza. Never, ever bring up what condiments should be put on a hot dog. That’s just begging for trouble.

“What’s the question?” Caitlin Clark’s teammate Katie Lou Samuelson asked while sliding into camera view.

What’s the most questionable food combo?” Clark replied.

“People eat mac and cheese and ketchup,” Samuelson suggested. “That’s kind of weird. I don’t eat that.”

“That’s disturbing,” Caitlin responded, before a light bulb went off in her head.

“Mayo and hot dogs,” Clark then said, adding, “You know who you are.”

For what it’s worth, the next player to answer, Caitlin Clark’s teammate Erica Wheeler, got the answer right.

As for Caitlin Clark’s “mayo and hot dogs” answer? Well… other than people trying to guess who she was referring to (Was it her boyfriend? Kate Martin?), they either wholeheartedly agreed with her or wanted to crucify her for her heathen take on wieners.

“Caitlin cooked with her take,” another fan wrote. “I already seen examples I can’t unsee today with mayo on a hot dog.”

“Mayo on anything is questionable, especially hot foods,” read another comment.

“Brooo, then the hot dog dry,” an obvious fan of mayo chimed in.

“Wait, but a dog with mayo and ketchup is fire tho,” said another mayo fan.

“You spread the mayo on the bun like a sandwich. Don’t over do it,” someone else suggested.

Mayo on hotdogs is diabolically disgusting,” another fan replied.

“Hot dogs need ketchup, mustard AND mayo,” another comment read, obviously written by someone who just wants to watch the world burn.
