Gilgeous-Alexander logged the second 50-point effort of his career. He put up 54 in a home win over the Utah Jazz on Jan. 22.

During a stretch in which Curry was resting, Golden State went up by six at the 4:04 mark thanks to scoring from four different players, including Brandin Podziemski, who hit a pair of hoops.

The margin was just three before Curry drilled the biggest shot of the night, a 33-footer that put Golden State in charge at 109-103 with 1:52 to go.

The Thunder, who opened a two-game Western swing with a win at Portland on Sunday, never got closer than four after that.

Gary Payton II had 15 points to complement a team-high nine rebounds, Podziemski produced 11 points and Dennis Schroder had a team-high seven assists for the Warriors, who outshot the visitors 49.4 percent to 40.4 percent overall and outscored them 39-27 on 3-pointers. Gilgeous-Alexander, who singlehandedly outscored the Warriors in the first quarter with a 21-point performance, finished 16-for-29 from the field. He padded his point total with an 18-for-21 night at the free-throw line.

Jalen Williams backed his star teammate with 26 points and Isaiah Joe had 17. Isaiah Hartenstein gathered a game-high 18 rebounds to go with a team-high six assists plus four points.
