FAYETTEVILLE — The University of Arkansas football program has signed nine high school prospects from Alabama the past three recruiting classes and are looking to add to that number for the 2026 class.
The Hogs hosted two of the better prospects from Alabama during last Saturday’s Junior Day.
Arkansas recently extended a scholarship offer to junior offensive lineman Hudson Reed and that led to his visit to Fayetteville.
Reed, 6-5, 280 pounds, of Hoover (Ala.) Spain Park, also has offers from Oregon, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Cincinnati, West Virginia, Marshall and others.
Numerous 2026 prospects have yet to be rated by the four major recruiting services, but two services have given Reed an early ranking of a 3-star recruit.
He praised Razorback offensive line coach Eric Mateos after his Arkansas trip.
