David Moyes has found who he wants to replace Abdoulaye Doucoure at Everton, he’s a ‘diamond’
Everton are already using the international break to prepare themselves for the summer transfer window.
David Moyes has steadied the ship on Merseyside, with the Toffees able to put the threat of relegation behind them now.
After a stunning run of nine games unbeaten in the Premier League, Everton have pulled 17 points clear of the bottom three.

A big summer transfer window awaits Everton, who are set to have numerous players to replace at the end of their contracts.
Everton are keen to keep Idrissa Gana Gueye and had the midfielder a new deal.
However, Moyes has already made up his mind on one other player and his replacement may already be lined up.

Everton make Abdoulaye Doucoure contract decision
Some Everton fans feel it is time to move on from Abdoulaye Doucoure when his contract expires at the end of the campaign.
The Mali midfielder is one of the club’s top earners, but has not exactly provided a huge return in front of goal.
According to Team Talk, Everton are not going to open up any further talks over a potential new deal for Doucoure ahead of the summer.
Everton are not expected to trigger Doucoure’s extension clause in his current deal and no new offer is to be offered.
The 32-year-old has been a regular in the side over recent years, but the club are now looking to move in a different direction.
Doucoure recently thanked Kevin Thelwell as the director of football’s departure from Goodison Park was announced.
It now seems as if the midfielder could be set to join him at the end of the term.

Everton lining up permanent Carlos Alcaraz deal
The only signing in the January transfer window for the Blues was midfielder Carlos Alcaraz on loan from Flamengo.
Although there has been some speculation about Flamengo drawing up interest in Alcaraz ahead of the summer, Everton are keen to make his stay permanent.
The report from Team Talk claims the Blues have already identified the Argentine as the next in line to replace Doucoure.
Alcaraz has been hailed a ‘diamond’ since making the move back to the Premier League earlier this year.
With Doucoure’s future seemingly away from the club, perhaps Alcaraz’s game time will become a lot more regular following the international break.
