As his opponents had defeated Luton Town in a great season-opening performance, Jon Brady anticipated a challenging game in Devon.

JON BRADY EXPECTING A DIFFICULT GAME IN DEVON

Jon Brady praised Saturday’s opponents Exeter City who have made a strong start to the season.

“Exeter are quite a fluid side and they have done well,” he said.

“They have had a great start to the season and they had a fantastic result against Luton in the cup this week.

“We know how big the challenge is ahead of us on Saturday but we have no fear of that and we will be attacking the game as we do every week.

“We want to play our game and attack them. We respect every opponent but we shouldn’t fear anyone.

“We’ve highlighted a few things in training where we need to improve and we will be giving every effort to apply that.

“We need to be a lot more aggressive in certain moments and really attack situations better. We’ve worked on that and if we keep working hard enough it will come.”
