Ryan Yates reacts as Nottingham Forest let 19-year-old leave on loan
Nottingham Forest have allowed Dale Taylor to join Wycombe Wanderers on a season-long loan. Following the announcement, Ryan Yates has reacted on Instagram and he’s seemingly delighted.
The Reds have a bit of a star on their hands with Taylor. He is a quality young talent and last season he spent some time on loan in League One playing for Burton Albion.
Taylor typically plays as a striker, although he can also operate on the flanks. During his time at Burton, he also spent some time playing through the middle as a number 10.
The player will now link up with Matt Bloomfield’s team. They will have aspirations of making it back into the Championship and Taylor will play an important role.
Taylor moved to Forest from Linfield. With the Northern Irish outfit, he scored for the senior team at the age of just 15 before making the switch to the City Ground.
At 19-years-old, the player will feel he’s ready for the men’s game. He didn’t look out of place last season at Burton and the player looks set for a big future.
As for Yates, he will likely remain a huge player for Forest. He returned from injury towards the end of the 2022/23 campaign and proved an integral player.
