3 Burlington suspects charged with stealing guns, conspiracy
COLCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) – Three Burlington residents have been arrested after allegedly stealing guns from a Colchester home.
The Colchester Police say several guns, ammo, and other property were stolen Monday morning from a home on Walden Road.
A few hours later, police say they found the suspects’ vehicle at the Riverwatch condos in Burlington. Investigators connected the incident with a unit at the condos and another on nearby Hillside Drive. A search of both yielded 11 guns, ammunition, and other stolen property.
Korey Koch, 35; Eugene Streeter, 39; and Dustin Dexter, 34, were charged with burglary, possession of stolen property, and conspiracy.
Police say it appeared to be a targeted robbery. “The investigation is ongoing but it does appear that the individuals had some knowledge of the residence prior to going there,” said Colchester Police Sgt. Zachary Roy.
They three were released following their arrest but didn’t show up for court on Tuesday.
Police say Koch was also connected to recent issues at the Riverwatch condos that led some neighbors to fear for their safety.

ROCKINGHAM, Vt. (WCAX) – A New Hampshire man faces charges after police say they found him driving the wrong way on I-91 Thursday night.
Vermont State Police say they got several 911 calls just after 10 p.m., about a driver going south in the northbound lanes in Rockingham.
Police from Bellows Falls and the Windsor County Sheriff found and stopped the car.
Police say Lucas Hebert, 30, of Acworth, faces DUI and negligent operation charges and will be in court next month.
