Eddie Howe and Erik ten Hag broke the same rule this week by arriving late to their respective media briefings for Manchester United and Newcastle United. Instead of more severe punishment for a first offense, a warning is more likely to be given.

Villa informed UEFA that they might miss the deadline before their flight from Birmingham to Warsaw was delayed for just under an hour after Emery’s squad trained at Bodymoor Heath in the morning. Jacob Ramsey travelled to Poland with his teammates after recovering from a broken metatarsal in the summer.
