Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday keen on PSG winger
Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday are keen on PSG winger Djeidi Gassama, according to French news outlet RMC Sport.
The Championship pair are both being linked with a swoop for the Ligue 1 ace ahead of the 2023/24 season.
Gassama, 19, spent last term on loan in the Belgian top flight with Eupen to get some experience under his belt and has now returned to his parent club this summer.
According to RMC Sport, Hull and Sheffield Wednesday are both ‘interested’ in luring him over to England in this transfer window.

Hull could see Gassama as someone to further bolster their attacking options as they prepare for Liam Rosenior’s first full campaign at the helm. The Tigers have delved into the market to land striker Liam Delap from Manchester City and winger Jason Lokilo from Sparta Rotterdam.
Sheffield Wednesday are back in the second tier following their promotion from League One and have endured a turbulent summer so far following Darren Moore’s exit. Their new boss Xisco Munoz will now be eager to put his own stamp on his newly inherited squad with some new arrivals.
Gassama signed for PSG back in 2019 having previously spent time on the books at AS Carrières Grésillons, Poissy, Mantes and Brest. He has since been a key player for the B team of the French giants and has made one senior appearance to date which came in a league game against Montpellier in May last year.
The teenager was then given the green light to head out the exit door on a temporary basis 12 months ago when Eupen came calling and he left the Parc des Princes for the first time on loan. The France youth international went on to score two goals in 19 matches during his stint in Belgium.
