‘I DON’T BELIEVE’: TOTTENHAM’S EMERSON ROYAL STUNNED BY WHAT SON HEUNG-MIN’S SAID ABOUT HIM

Emerson Royal was left shocked by Son Heung-min recently stating that he ‘definitely’ wouldn’t swap hairstyles with his Tottenham Hotspur teammate.

The Tottenham speedster was asked which of his current teammates he would ‘swap hairstyles with’, as he swiftly dismissed Emerson Royal in a brutal fashion, as well as Eric Dier and even Fraser Forster, as the club posted on Instagram.

Son Heung-min’s actual answer was Joe Rodon, but his comment about Emerson Royal clearly didn’t sit well with the player, as he was quick to respond on his Instagram story with the following message.

“Not Emerson?” responded the right-back. “I don’t believe this.” Added with a laughing emoji.

Tottenham players remain upbeat despite outside noise

Will Harry Kane leave? Why haven’t the new defenders arrived? And will Antonio Conte be proven right?

There has been a lot of noise outside of the club of late, with the fans very frustrated by what they have been seeing.

For some, it could still get worse because, if Kane is sold to Bayern Munich, then the mood of the fans will drop to even lower levels.

But whilst all that noise goes on in the background, the players and manager Ange Postecoglou are trying their best to remain upbeat.

Pre-season hasn’t gone as well as they would have liked. Opening defeat to West Ham United and that Leicester game was cancelled because of rain.

But, unlike a certain Conte, who probably would have been moaning to the top of the hill and back by now, the new man in the dugout is fairly relaxed and is trying to keep everyone on board.

That more positive feel is probably what will keep fans on board and hope that Postecoglou can finally turn their ship around.
