Tottenham Include Add-ons In Deal As they Agreed Sell Oliver Skipp To Leicester City as Medicals scheduled tomorrow

Tottenham Hotspur have included add-ons in the deal to sell Oliver Skipp to Leicester City, according to Sky Sports News.

A fee has been agreed between the two clubs for midfielder Skipp to make the move to the King Power Stadium and Leicester want the deal completed on Monday.

Leicester have agreed to pay in excess of £20m for Skipp, but it was unclear whether there were add-ons in the deal.

Now it has emerged that there are add-ons of £5m, in addition to a fixed fee of £20m.

As such, Tottenham could end up banking a substantial £25m from the exit of the 23-year-old.

Skipp was also down the pecking order under Ange Postecoglou and was keen to make sure he was playing on a regular basis this season.

He will hope to do just that at Leicester, alongside his former Tottenham team-mate Harry Winks.

Skipp has already said goodbye to his Tottenham team-mates in the expectation that the deal will go through smoothly.

Ange Postecoglou plugged a huge gap in his squad by bringing the England international to N17 – finally providing his exciting Spurs team with a focal point in the No.9 role.

However, there have also been rumours that Tottenham could sign another striker in addition to Dominic Solanke – a forward who has just been left out of the matchday squad…

Ivan Toney has just been left out of the Brentford squad by Thomas Frank for the Premier League clash against Crystal Palace.
The England international took part in Brentford’s friendly against VfL Wolfsburg on August 9th – so his absence does not appear to be related to any injuries.

It comes after the Independent claimed that Tottenham could still sign Toney despite the arrival of Solanke this summer.

Furthermore, the deal would also provide Postecoglou with a safety net in the No.9 department if Solanke suffered a serious injury.

Be sure to keep an eye on this situation, as we wouldn’t be surprised if Tottenham made a bid to sign Toney, given the fact Postecoglou still has few options in the No.9 department behind Solanke…

And the Lilywhites could well be giving one of their players a lift to his new home with a deal between the two clubs now agreed.

Oliver Skipp is now set to join Leicester with a deal now agreed with Tottenham as he looks set to complete his deal on Monday.

The midfielder has already missed the deadline on Friday to be eligible to play in the game against Tottenham.
