If you looked outside in St. Louis at any point today you might have noticed a little something that would put tonight’s game at Busch Stadium in jeopardy. Turns out, this soggy day is going to roll into being a soggy evening, which means the game is banged.

Or if you aren’t feeling like baseball or do not have access to any of these games, here are some of my favorite things for some ideas. I have been re-watching Justified. The acting in that show is just *chef’s kiss*. I have also been known to put on Frasier when I am looking for something to watch and have decision fatigue. And of course, Avatar: The Last Airbender is my favorite show I’ve ever seen, even now nearly 20 years later.
Another big recommend from me is basically anything from Dropout. They air full episodes of some of their shows on YouTube — they are definitely worth checking out. If you like dungeons and dragons, check out Dimension 20 — any season that is on the YouTube channel really, though I think they are really hitting their stride now in the more recent seasons. If you like improv shows check out Make Some Noise or Game Changer. I laughed so hard at the season three premiere (which I think is only on Dropout.tv right now) that I started coughing.
If you like video games and haven’t played Breath of the Wild, then stop reading this and do that immediately. I didn’t play a video game for fifteen years and decided to buy a switch just to play this game. I wish I could lose my memory of it and play it all over again I love it so much. I have also dabbled in some Paper Mario and that is just really cute.
I have been reading Beloved by Tony Morrison. It makes me real sad and while I think it is good and a worthwhile read, I won’t recommend it for a fun night in. A book I have in my backlog right now is Priory of the Orange Tree. No idea if it is any good, though it was recommended by someone’s who taste seems to mirror mine pretty closely.
I am always looking for good recommendations, though. I need to watch Shogun. I have heard that is really good. If you all have any more, I would love to read about them. I just like reading or hearing people talk about things they enjoy in general so drop that in the comments by all means!
